- Magyar Szárazvirág Kft.'s electronic commerce services are accessible with a unique password after registration. The password identifies the customer and its use authenticates the order. Our computer system records the order and sends an immediate confirmation. The customer is fully responsible for managing the password and must not disclose it to third parties. Magyar Szárazvirág Kft. is not liable for damages resulting from unauthorized use of the password by the customer or any third party.
- The first step in the order process in our webshop is registration, for which we require a valid phone number and email address.
- Orders can also be placed via email and phone.
- After registration, you can add the selected product to the cart by clicking on the "Cart" icon, which will show the quantity and price of the ordered products on the right side. A pop-up window will indicate that the selected product has been added to the virtual cart.
- You can continuously track changes in the cart content by clicking on the cart icon on the right. Here you can see the full content of the cart.
- Once you have selected everything, you need to click on the same cart icon to order the product(s). Here you can still change the quantities. The program will immediately calculate and show the changes.
- After selection, you can proceed by clicking the "Continue" button. You can still change the ordered quantities at this point.
- Here, you also need to choose the payment and delivery method by clicking on the most suitable option.
- You can provide additional information in the comments section.
- You can still make further modifications from here.
- If everything is correct, click the "Send" button to submit your order, and we will send an automatic confirmation email.
- By sending your order, you become a customer of Magyar Szárazvirág Kft.
If you like a product and order it, you can personally pick it up in our store. If you are unable to pick up the products personally, we can send them to you via courier service. DISTANCE CONTRACT
The subject of the contract includes all goods on this site. The properties and characteristics of the goods can be found on the specific page of the product. By filling out and submitting the order form and confirming it by email, a distance contract is established between Magyar Szárazvirág Kft. (details below) as the Service Provider and the Customer as the Buyer under the following conditions:
The Supplier is obliged to deliver the products selected by the Buyer on the order form to the specified delivery address via cash on delivery or courier service. If fulfilling the order is obstructed for any reason, the Supplier must promptly contact the Buyer by email or phone to agree on further steps. The Buyer is obliged to accept the products listed on the order form and delivered to the specified address by the Supplier and to pay the purchase price indicated on the Supplier's confirmation, which includes packaging and shipping costs, in cash to the delivery person.
The language of the contracts created through the use of the website is Hungarian; such contracts are not considered to be in writing and are not recorded by Magyar Szárazvirág Kft.
DATA TRANSMISSION STATEMENT
I acknowledge that Magyar Szárazvirág Kft. (6050 Lajosmizse Gyártelep 6.) as data controller will transfer my personal data stored in the user database of szarazvirag.hu to OTP Mobil Kft. as data processor. The scope of data transferred by the data controller includes the following: name, company name, address, email, phone number, invoice value. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL, METHOD, AND CONSEQUENCES
The consumer is entitled to withdraw from the purchase after the order has been placed but the delivery process has not started. This request can be made by email at info@szarazvirag.hu or through our other contact details. In this case, the consumer incurs no costs. If the consumer chooses parcel delivery (postal cash on delivery/shipping) for the purchase and wishes to withdraw from the purchase after receiving the goods, they can do so in the following way:
The consumer can withdraw from the contract without reason within 14 days. The consumer can exercise the right of withdrawal from the day they receive the goods, or in the case of service provision, from the day the contract is concluded. In case of withdrawal in writing, please send the withdrawal statement to the following address: Magyar Szárazvirág Kft, 6050 Lajosmizse, Gyártelep 6.
In case of withdrawal, the consumer is obliged to return the goods promptly, but no later than 14 days from the communication of withdrawal, unless the business has agreed to transport the goods back. The return is considered timely if the consumer sends the goods before the 14-day period expires. The consumer can exercise the right of withdrawal using the sample statement found in the annex to Government Decree 45/2014 (II. 26.), or by making an unequivocal statement to that effect.
The right of withdrawal is deemed to be exercised within the time limit if the consumer sends the statement before the 14-day period expires. In case of withdrawal, the consumer is responsible for proving that it was exercised in accordance with the law.
If the right of withdrawal is exercised correctly, Magyar Szárazvirág Kft. will promptly, but no later than 14 days from becoming aware of the withdrawal, refund the full purchase price paid by the consumer, including any costs related to the fulfillment.
The consumer is responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
The consumer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal for goods that are personalized or made according to the consumer's instructions or explicit request. The consumer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal for goods or services whose price or fee depends on financial market fluctuations outside the business's control.

WARRANTY, LIABILITY FOR DEFECTS, PRODUCT LIABILITY
Under Civil Code Section 6:171, the obligor is liable for defective performance during the warranty period unless they prove that the defect arose after performance.
Magyar Szárazvirág Kft. is not liable for warranty obligations for products sold in the webshop, and such obligations are not part of the contract established by shopping in the webshop.
The liability for defects allows claims for defective performance under Civil Code Section 6:159. The consumer may choose repair or replacement unless it is impossible or would incur disproportionate costs compared to another claim. If repair or replacement is not requested or possible, the consumer may request a price reduction or, as a last resort, withdraw from the contract. In contracts for the sale of goods, digital content, or digital services between a consumer and business, the consumer cannot repair or have repaired the defect at the business's expense. The consumer must report the defect promptly, but no later than two months after its discovery. Liability for defects claims cannot be enforced beyond two years from performance.
Product liability claims can be made against the manufacturer or distributor within two years from the product's introduction to the market. The claim may only seek repair or replacement of the defective product. The product is defective if it does not meet the quality requirements in force at the time of market introduction or if it does not have the characteristics described by the manufacturer. The consumer must prove the defect for product liability claims.
The manufacturer (distributor) is exempt from product liability if they prove:
- The product was not produced or marketed in their business activity.
- The defect was not recognizable with current science and technology at the time of market introduction.
- The defect arises from applying mandatory legal or regulatory requirements.
Data Protection
We inform our customers that personal data provided through orders or other technical means will be recorded in our company's database. These data are used exclusively for market research and proposal activities and are not disclosed to third parties. Personal data is managed in accordance with the 1992 LXIII Act on the Protection of Personal Data and the Publicity of Data of Public Interest, and the 1995 CXIX Act on the Management of Name and Address Data Serving Research and Direct Marketing Purposes. Customer data is shared with delivery companies for the duration of shipping and delivery. Data can be displayed, modified, or deleted upon written or email request (except for invoice data, which must be retained according to the Accounting Act).
Complaints and Consumer Disputes Resolution
Consumers can turn to the following bodies or use the following dispute resolution methods in case of complaints or disputes:
